InternationalNest.com is a website that promotes luxurious vacation rental properties in the most desirable areas of the world. Although our standards for listing on the website are very high, we do not guarantee the property maintains the exact description as listed.
DEPOSIT POLICY SUMMARY:
- 50% of total rent is due at time of booking (Deposit % may vary per property).
- The rental balance is due upon arrival to the property, plus the refundable ‘Security Deposit’.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:
- A US$100.00 per unit/reservation (Plus Handling Fees) will be charged on cancellations made more than 31 days prior to arrival.
-50% of the total rent is charged as a ‘Cancellation Fee’ (Plus Handling Fees) on cancellations made less than 31 days prior to arrival.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds are available in case of weather, personal taste, health issues, or transportation delays.
We strongly recommend you obtain “Travelers' Insurance” (http://www.travelguard.com/).
- Unless you give us a chance to resolve any issue with the property, we will not be willing to provide a refund.
MINIMUM STAYS & EARLY/LATE CHECK-OUTS:
- A minimum night stay may be required on reservations made for certain properties.
The minimum nights may be reduced, please confirm with your booking agent.
Standard check-in time is 2PM. Standard check-out time is 10AM.
- An Early Check-In or Late Check-Out must be approved and paid for in advance by your booking agent.
An additional “Early/Late Check-Out Fee” will be assessed:
An 'Early-Check-In' is 50% of the daily rate. A 'Late Check-Out' is 50% of the daily rate.
Each property may include different amenities in the outlined price such as: gas, electricity, water, internet, phone, cable, laundry, catering, cell phones, and cleaning.
Be sure to confirm with the booking agent what is included in the rental price for each property.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
- All stays of 5-10 nights will receive a complimentary mid-week clean.
Stays over 10 nights will receive additional cleaning services, which will vary according to the individual property.
- Daily or additional housekeeping service is available at an additional charge.
- No requested cleans will be scheduled on Sundays or Holidays.
SPECIAL POLICIES:
- Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
PEAK SEASON RATES MAY APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASONS:
November 15th to 30th - Thanksgiving Holiday (Rates vary per property)
December 20th to January 5th - Holiday Season - (Rates vary per property)
March 15th to April 15th - Spring Break/Semana Santa/Easter Week - (Rates vary per property)
When arriving to a property, you will be greeted by either an Agent of International Nest or a representative person of the owner. To give you the best service you deserve, we require that you to give us the approximate time you will be at the apartment, by sending your flight schedule (Flight # and Time).
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: Most properties do require an 'Administrative Fee' to be paid in US Dollars (Cash) upon arrival to the property, if you arrive 'Late' (After 6PM), you will need to pay a 'Late Check-In' Fee of an extra US$15.00.
Upon vacating a property, someone will be there at your departure to perform an inventory and advise you of any apparent damage to the property (An Agent from International Nest or a representative person of the owner).
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
-Upon vacating the property, we will try and identify any reason we may have to charge you for damage/breakage during your stay. But sometimes we are not able to identify the damage quick enough. It is important if you are aware of any damage/breakage to tell the agent doing the check-out procedure, we will be much more understanding if you let us know during that time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
-The Owner and the Management shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever in or about the Premises, and Resident agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Owner and the Management from any and all such claims and liability for damage to persons or property. The Management also does not assume any liability for any personal belongings that may be lost or stolen.
The laws of the USA shall govern these terms and conditions.
