“My wife and I stayed at Casa Godoy Cruz Casa Godoy Cruz for our 10th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The house is architecturally beautiful with comfortable and hip furnishings. Chilling in the upstairs patio provides an ideal respite after exploring the neighborhood. Located in Palermo Soho and a stone's throw away from Palermo Hollywood, casa Godoy Cruz is in the heart of great boutique shops and fantastic restaurants. Our favorite restaurant in BA, Desde el Alma, is one block away.
Enough about the casa and location...Elizabeth Gordon could easily be a concierge at any of the top hotels in BA. She asked us what activities we were interested in before we arrived. Upon arrival, she presented us with her research that covered everything we requested. She made dinner reservations for us and was always available to answer any question. Plus, she speaks eight languages.
I heartily recommend staying at Casa Godoy Cruz or any properties managed by International Nest.” |

“I came down in November with my husband and two children. Casa Godoy Cruz was a great surprise. Spacious, comfortable with great design, this was a find. The place had everything we needed, including a computer and a great music and movie library.
David and Elizabeth were truly amazing. They had a list of activities ready for the children and good recommendations for restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was by far our favorite in Buenos Aires. They provided us with a cell phone and were readily available for any questions.
We had come down to find a property. Elizabeth and David had everything organized. By the time we left we had our tax number, a bank account set up and 3 properties we loved. We granted them a power of attorney and when we are ready, they can close the property without us, saving us a trip to Buenos Aires. In addition they organized a visit to all the bilingual schools. When we decide to move we will have a school and a place to live.

“This was our first trip to Buenos Aires and our expectations were exceeded at every turn, beginning with our arrival at the Casa Godoy Cruz . Our very charming hosts, Elizabeth and David who live nearby met us at the apartment and immediately made us feel at home. The apartment is terrifically impressive. The photos can't convey its style and charm adequately and we were pleasantly surprised by its stylish loveliness. Architecturally, it is well designed with abundant natural light and beautiful materials used ingeniously. The terraces are wonderful. The bathrooms are beautiful. Everything from the furnishings to the computer, flat screen television, and cell phone made our stay incredibly convenient, comfortable and relaxed. David and Elizabeth have thought of everything, including a terrific menu of music to listen to and movies to watch.
The area of Palermo is wonderful. Our mornings began with a run across the neighborhood to the Parque Tres de Febrero to do a lap or two around the unbelievably beautiful rose gardens. Every night ended close to the apartment with a delicious late-night dinner at one of the many fantastic neighborhood restaurants. If only we had more time to go to every restaurant that looked good!! The neighborhood is absolutely full of hip, beautifully designed places to eat, all without attitude. The charm of restaurants like Desde al Alma and Olsen is unforgettable. And the bloody mary's at Moto were the best I've ever had. The food at every restaurant, plain or upscale, was impressively delicious. This neighborhood is also absolutely great for shopping for stylish clothes and home accessories. Best of all, everything is affordable.
Initially we planned to stay in a luxury mega hotel in the Recoleta area for three and a half times the cost of our stay at the Casa Godoy Cruz. As soon as we arrived, we knew we made the absolutely right decision to stay in Palermo at the Casa Godoy Cruz instead. And every day we congratulated ourselves for that decision and thanked our lucky stars. We fell absolutely in love with the place and felt so fortunate to stay there. We had stylish, top quality accommodations, great privacy, a kitchen we stocked with wine, cheese and fruit, and an authentic experience in an amazing city. We were surrounded with beauty, convenience, and an absolutely wonderful neighborhood to explore at all hours. We know we will be back.” |

We were quite fortunate to find your apartment; it was perfect for us and just what we were looking for in an apartment. When we rented the apartment we could not imagine the service that would come with the rental. From the moment we met Lillian she was familiarizing us to Buenos Aires. The document we received when we arrived was of great help to us; it was an accurate picture of the area. We enjoyed visiting with Lillian and appreciated her guidance throughout our trip. Lillian was instrumental in transforming our stay in BA from a good vacation to a very memorable one that we cannot stop talking about.
The tango club, Michelangelo, was a night Robert and I will always remember; the building was beautiful, quaint and filled with history. But by far the most memorable part of our trip was the Polo Ranch, Puesto Viejo!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Robert and I loved our visit to Puesto Viejo....we didn't know what to expect but it surpass anything we could have imagined. For a brief moment in time we were immersed in the world of polo and the lives of polo players. It felt as though we were in a movie....having lunch and good conversation on a dining room table that had been moved to the lawn of the ranch with people from around the world (some staying at the ranch for polo lessons, and others there to play and then others who live in the area). After my son's lesson they invited us to watch a polo match with world class polo players who were dropping by the ranch for a match. Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay for the match , but we had already experienced so much it didn't matter.
We hope one day to return to Buenos Aires it was a very special time for us!

My college aged daughter wants to study abroad in a Spanish speaking country. We had spent a month in both Europe and Central America, so we decided to check out Argentina over her recent spring break The internet makes it easy to visit anywhere in the world. There is so much information available that I’ve felt almost paralyzed by the choices. There’s also an abundance of tourism based mis-information that is little more than marketing hype. Of course, the Four Seasons is always a predictable experience for those who prefer to surrender their travel experience to American Express. But in our case, the goal of visiting a “foreign” land was to find a way to quickly become one of the locals while ensuring a comfortable and safe visit.
While flying from San Francisco to New York I happen to sit next to a woman who had recently traveled to Buenos Aires with her Brady-Bunch family of kids ranging in ages from 7 to 19 years. She enthusiastically repeated two words: International Nest . That’s how we met Elizabeth and David.
Still skeptical, I explained our travel objectives to David. He and Elizabeth set us up in a terrific apartment in the heart of Palermo. They helped us find our way around the area, tweaked our Spanish pronunciation to fit the local dialect and introduced us to cuisine that ranged from street food to seven stars. But that said, I never expected a “concierge service” to arrange a meeting with the Dean of the business school, provide a quick tutorial on market economics or teach us how to install voice over protocol so that we could place calls to friends and family in the US for pennies. (I took great pride in one-upping my high tech son with Skype!) We enjoyed having a ‘Personal Shopper’, being sent to play Polo, and taking advantage of their tips on the best restaurants of BsAs (Guido’s).
So, whether you’re a Four Seasons traveler, the Brady Bunch, or average folks trying to experience the world, I am confident that David and Elizabeth can unlock Buenos Aires to your delight. They are smart, worldly, sensible and committed.

I had the wonderful experience of staying at Casa Felicitas during a one week visit to Argentina. David and Elizabeth planned a vacation that exceeded my high expectations. I used their services for both accomodations and excursions.
David and Elizabeth were very thorough; they asked the right questions to plan the perfect itinerary to suit my needs. They recommended hidden gems in Buenos Aires - restaurants and activities that gave me a real flavor for Argentine culture and weren't the typical tourist trap. I highly recommend International Nest for its concierge services!!
Casa Felicitas was a dream. Great location in Palermo near restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and charming. I preferred having a real authentic Buenos Aires casa of my own than staying in a sterile hotel.
I can't wait for them to continue expanding to other countries so I can use their services for other travels. |

I had a wonderful stay at Thames and Costa Rica property during the World Congress of Dermatology, which is located literally 2 blocks from the heart of Palermo Soho. Alfonso, my concierge, was extremely helpful and communicated well. The apartment was just as described and the wireless internet worked great! My husband stayed at a competed company recently and his experience with his company paled in comparison. My girlfriend and I stayed in Thames and Costa Rica in October of 2007 and were delighted with the apartment and service provided. The apartment was clean and well maintained and located only a few blocks from a number of very good restaurants shopping. Alfronso, the company rep, was there when we arrived and met us before we left - ordering a taxi for us. He also provided a list of recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants and provided his home phone number in case of any problems; a bonus when far from home with little command of Spanish! Thoroughly recommended. |

I stayed at Casa Godoy Cruz in December 2007. The house is beautiful, spacious, nicely decorated and with great location in Palermo Soho. We were greeted by Alfonso. Alfonso had ready a number of things about the area, where to find what, he was extremely insightful and informed about almost any kind of activity we inquired, restaurants, shops, tango shows, museums, polo, clubs, football, you name it... He was available at all times and answered many questions during our stay. I will no longer be looking for hotels in Buenos Aires but certainly come back through International Nest. It was a an excellent experience and service. |

I had a great time at the Godoy Cruz apartment. It was both sophisticated as well as calming. The attention to detail made it even more appealing. It was the perfect size for what I needed and I couldn't have asked for a better neighborhood.
Additionally, Alfonso was an amazing professional and did an exceptional job. I have 19 staff members that help me maintain a number of houses and apartments, so I appreciate someone with a strong work ethic and solid character. He genuinely took pride in everything he did. The other members of the team that I met were just as exceptional.
